This two-story luxury oceanfront villa with a private beach is located at Casa de Campo Resort, known for Caribbean quality and class throughout the world. The property is quite spacious and tastefully decorated with unique, custom-made furniture throughout the property. The villa is well designed for families as well as friends traveling together who want to enjoy time together and still have plenty of room for privacy.

The space

The villa offers incredible outdoor space, which includes an infinity pool, jacuzzi, outdoor BBQ area, terraces, and lounge areas – and you’ll have your own private beach!

Mansion de Palmas welcomes you with an impressive gravel driveway, manicured landscaping, a two-car garage to the left of the front entrance, and a private fitness room/gym to the right. The fitness room includes both cardio- and weight machines, and free weights.

Once you enter the villa, you will be greeted by an impressive water feature that leads you along an extended corridor to the living- and dining room (with an indoor bar), and to the outdoor area with swimming pool.

The sliding doors of the living/dining room open completely to give you an incredible indoor-outdoor living space with a view of the pool area and the ocean.

Relax in the gentle breezes on the large pool deck and soak up the sun on one of the lounge chairs. This is the perfect place to relax during the day and to enjoy a cocktail before dinner with your friends and family. Ask your bartender to mix your favorite drink or try one of the tropical specials like a piña colada, mojito, or strawberry daiquiri.

The kitchen zone features a stunning “show kitchen” with a large island and seating for five people, and a fully industrial kitchen in the back. This is where the magic happens and where your private chef will create all your mouthwatering meals!

Six of the villa’s twelve bedrooms are located downstairs. Each bedroom has two queen beds, an ensuite bathroom, a/c, ceiling fan, TV, closet space, and outdoor access through the sliding windows.

The remaining 6 bedrooms, including the three large primary bedrooms, are located upstairs. Three of the bedrooms are like the bedrooms located downstairs, and all have two queen beds, an ensuite bathroom, a/c, ceiling fan, TV, closet space, and outdoor access through the sliding windows.

The three primary bedrooms are located side-by-side facing the ocean. These large bedrooms each have one king bed, ensuite bathroom, a/c, ceiling fan, TV, closet space, and outdoor access through the sliding windows. Each primary bedroom has a balcony with the most impressive, 180-degree ocean view.
