The space

The villa is conveniently located approx. 1500 feet from Minitas Beach where you can enjoy a beach club with a restaurant & bar, sunbeds & cabanas, swimming pools… and a beautiful beach.

Since it opened in La Romana almost 50 years ago as the first resort in the Dominican Republic, Casa de Campo Resort & Villas has been a favorite luxury destination for discerning travelers and celebrities the world over. Known as the best golf resort, the 3 Pete Dye golf courses include Teeth of the Dog, which is ranked as one of the top golf courses in the Caribbean.

This incredible 7000-acre resort, located in La Romana on the southeast coast of the Dominican Republic, is a tropical playground that features a unique variety of amenities and a private beach club with a swimming pool at Minitas Beach. Casa de Campo is also home to many gourmet dining options, fantastic bars, and Altos de Chavón – a one-of-a-kind 16th-century replica Mediterranean village.

Casa de Campo has its very own airport, located just five minutes from the resort. Punta Cana Airport is located approx. 45-minutes’ drive from the resort and Santo Domingo Airport is about 1 hour away.

When you stay at the villa, you’ll have two 6-passenger golf touring carts included in the villa rental, which you can use for easy and convenient transportation inside Casa de Campo Resort, e.g. to go to the beach, marina, golf courses, etc.

THE SPACE:

This incredible villa is a very private property with a private, gated entrance. This is the perfect vacation rental villa if you’re looking to spend a relaxing vacation with family & friends in a truly luxurious setting.

The villa will mesmerize you as soon as you walk in and see the open floor plan of the living- & dining room. Step out on the terrace and you will immediately fall in love with the great outdoor swimming pool & Jacuzzi area and the outstanding views of the famous “Teeth of the Dog” golf course – and the ocean!

A great pool house with an outdoor bar, dining table, lounge area, BBQ and pizza oven complete this contemporary villa. The Jacuzzi is heated and the incredible 20m/65 ft. long swimming pool has a wading area, which makes it perfect for children. The pool is also equipped with pool cover for kids’ protection and it can be heated from December 15th to February 15th, if necessary.

The outdoor pool deck and pool house is the perfect place to relax during the day, enjoy your meals, listen to music…. and finish the day here with a cocktail as you watch the spectacular sunset.

DOWNSTAIRS:

This villa only has one level, which makes it very family- and multi-generational friendly. The villa has all the comforts and up-to-date amenities of a home away from home.

There are 7 gorgeous bedrooms, including a stunning master suite. Each bedroom is elegantly decorated with comfortable furniture – there is nothing here that does not please the eye! All bedrooms have high vaulted ceilings with ceiling fans, air-conditioning, cedarwood closets, ensuite bathrooms and a flat-screen TV (Canal Plus channels). Some bedrooms have a laptop-friendly workspace and all bedrooms are also equipped with both American & European outlets and USB ports.

Bedrooms 1 – 4 have king beds.

Bedroom 5 has 2 double beds.

Bedrooms 6 and 7 have 2 queen beds in each room.

6 bedrooms have ocean and golf views and the impressive master suite undoubtedly has the best view of the house and even a private terrace where you can enjoy the view of the golf course and ocean.

The villa has spacious and comfortable living spaces, including a living room with several comfortable sitting areas, TV and an adjacent outdoor terrace/deck with sofas overlooking the pool area. This is a great place to relax and you can slide the big windows to the side and open up the living room to let the warm, Caribbean breeze flow through the house.

The formal, indoor dining room table seats 12 people, but you will probably prefer to enjoy your meals on the outdoor terrace and dine more casually by the pool.

The professional industrial kitchen with an island is made for a real chef and offers an excellent working space with all of the necessary equipment for cooking delicious meals during your vacation. But you don’t have to worry about cooking while you stay at this villa because you’ll have a personal chef included in the rental (groceries are not included).
