LOCATION:

Ingenio 9 is located at Casa de Campo Resort, overlooking the La Romana Country Club (private, members-only course) and the lake. The villa is centrally located and gives easy access to all of Casa de Campo’s unique amenities, including Minitas Beach, the resort hotel, the shops and restaurants of the marina, and the beautifully-styled village of Altos de Chavon. Casa de Campo Resort is a large, gated resort & residential community with 24-hour gated entrance and security. Since it opened in La Romana almost 50 years ago as the first resort in the Dominican Republic, Casa de Campo Resort & Villas has been a favorite luxury destination for discerning travelers and celebrities the world over. The space

Villa Ingenio 9 is a 5-bedroom, single-level villa, which makes is very convenient for multi-generational families. The villa is surrounded by a tropical garden and two green zones, which accentuate the tranquility of your stay. The swimming pool is 12 m long and heated from December 15 to March 15! A spacious Jacuzzi is situated next to the pool.

The villa has air conditioning in all rooms and bedrooms have high ceilings with ceiling fans, smart TVs, and plenty of closet space.

DOWNSTAIRS:

Villa Ingenio 9 welcomes you with an entrance hall that leads straight into a charming patio with fountains and green plants. There’s a guest bathroom by the entrance for easy access and convenience.

The living room measures about 80 m2 and is elegantly decorated to offer the very best comfort - with a new 60-inch smart TV. From the living room, you can step onto the large covered terrace, which offers an excellent view of the golf course. The terrace by the pool has a nice sofa sitting area and ceiling fans and is a great place to relax day or night. The villa also has a pool table so you can look forward to lots of friendly and fun games.

The formal indoor dining room looks out on the swimming pool and the windows can slide open to let the breeze in. This is the perfect place to host elegant dinners. Or, if you prefer to dine more casually, you can choose to have your meals outside on the covered terrace. Ceiling fans keep the air moving so that you will always feel comfortable in this outdoor space.

A large kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you need to cook delicious meals during your vacation - and your villa rental includes a cook who will prepare all of your meals at the villa (groceries are not included)! If you wish to hire a professional chef for your vacation, you also have that option.

Villa Ingenio 9 has 5 comfortable bedrooms. The spacious master suite has a king bed, ensuite bathroom with bath tub and shower, walk-in closet, TV air condition and ceiling fan, and a private terrace.

The 2nd bedroom has a king bed, ensuite bathroom with shower, closet, TV air condition and ceiling fan.

The 3rd, 4th and 5th bedrooms each have 2 Queen beds, ensuite bathroom with shower, closet, TV air condition and ceiling fan.

All bedrooms have a smart TV, so you can watch your favorite movies, shows, etc., on Netflix, Amazon Prime, YouTube, etc.

CASA DE CAMPO RESORT FEE:

The villa rental does not include the mandatory Casa de Campo Resort fee, which must be paid on arrival at the resort:

- Adults over 12 years old: US$ 25 per person per night

- Kids from 4-12 years old: US$ 12 per person per night

- Kids under 4 years old: FREE

The Resort Fee gives you access to the facilities and amenities of Casa de Campo Resort, including 3 Pete Dye golf courses*, fitness center, tennis courts, restaurants & bars ($), use of towels and chaise lounges at the pool by the main hotel area & Minitas Beach, Altos de Chavon ($) and more. Food & beverages must be paid directly to the bar/restaurant and is never included in your villa rental ($). All sports activities and facilities have an additional fee and facilities may be closed on certain days for private events, maintenance, etc. ($) *Guests do not have access to La Romana Country Club (private, members only golf course).

VILLA STAFF:

When you stay at Villa Ingenio 9, you’ll have a cook, a butler, and a maid included. Your private cook will prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner to be enjoyed at the villa (groceries are not included). The butler helps around the house, and the maid will clean the villa, make the beds, wash towels and linens.

You’ll also have a villa manager during your stay. This is your go-to person for anything you need during your stay, e.g. transfers, excursions, reservations for restaurants, spa treatments, reservations for golf, tickets to events and nightclubs, etc. if you have not booked these prior to your arrival. Our villa managers speak English and Spanish as a minimum and will be on property to greet you when you arrive to the villa and available throughout your entire stay.

PRE-ARRIVAL CONCIERGE SERVICES:

Once you book Villa Ingenio 9, our in-house concierge will be at your service to assist you in planning your stay from A to Z. You may choose these additional services at your convenience. All services are subject to availability and extra charges, i.e. they are not included in the villa rental price:

- Private airport transfers from Santo Domingo, La Romana and/or Punta Cana Airports

- Rental cars and other transportation

- Chef service

- Golf cart rental (for convenient transportation inside the resort; not for use on the golf courses)

- Spa treatments or in-villa massages
