Since it opened in La Romana almost 50 years ago as the first resort in the Dominican Republic, Casa de Campo Resort & Villas has been a favorite luxury destination for discerning travelers and celebrities from all over the world. Known as the best golf resort, the 3 Pete Dye golf courses include Teeth of the Dog, which is ranked as one of the top golf courses in the Caribbean. This incredible 7000-acre resort, located in La Romana on the southeast coast of the Dominican Republic, is a tropical playground that features a unique variety of amenities and a private beach club with swimming pool at Minitas Beach. Casa de Campo is also home to many gourmet dining options, fantastic bars, and Altos de Chavón – a one-of-a-kind 16th century replica Mediterranean village. Punta Cana Airport is located approx. 45-minutes’ drive from the resort and Santo Domingo Airport is about 1 hour away. The breathtaking Minitas Beach is just a short golf cart ride away. There you will find a fine restaurant, food trucks, beach bars, 3 pools, and boutiques, as well as the ice cream shop. A truly magnificent way to pass the time on vacation. When you stay at Villa Farallon, you’ll have 3 golf touring carts included in the villa rental, which you can use for easy and convenient transportation inside Casa de Campo Resort, e.g. to go to the beach, marina, golf courses, etc. THE SPACE: This two-story luxury oceanfront villa is located at Casa de Campo Resort, known for Caribbean quality and class throughout the world. The property is quite spacious and divided into 4 separate buildings: The main building, the gazebo, the bedroom wing, and the guest house. Villa Farallon is beautifully decorated with unique artwork throughout the property. The villa is well designed for families as well as friends travelling together who want to enjoy time together and still have plenty of room for privacy. Welcome to your slice of paradise, beyond your wildest vacation dreams! Here, you’ll be surrounded by lush, tropical nature and spectacular ocean views! The villa offers incredible outdoor space, which includes a large fire pit with surrounding sofas, outdoor kitchen and dining area with BBQ and pizza over, a large Jacuzzi, terraces and lounge areas, a semi-Olympic swimming pool (lap pool), and lawn areas. THE MAIN BUILDING: The main building is where you enter Villa Farallon and are greeted by the first view of the ocean. This part of the villa has one floor and here you’ll find the main kitchen (guests don’t have access to the main kitchen), the spacious dining- and living room with a grand piano. The sliding doors of the main building open completely to give you an incredible indoor-outdoor living space with view of the pool area and the ocean. THE GAZEBO: Relax in the gentle breezes on the large terrace which has spectacular ocean views, a bar area, dining-and living areas. This is the perfect place to enjoy a cocktail before dinner with your friends and family. Ask your bartender to mix your favorite drink or try one of the tropical specials like a piña colada or a strawberry daiquiri. THE BEDROOM WING: Villa Farallon has 7 spacious and comfortable bedrooms, located in the large, 2-storey bedroom wing. Here, you’ll also find a TV room on the 2nd floor with a balcony overlooking the ocean. There’s another TV room located on the 1st floor/ground floor with a pool table, terrace and walk-out access to the lawn and pool. The expansive terrace in front of the bedroom wing has plenty of sunbeds and sofas. Enjoy a movie night at the villa’s cinema which has large, comfortable reclining chairs, projector and flatscreen. If you need to keep up your workout routine during your vacation, the villa also has a fitness room/gym with weights, kettle bells, and more. Bedroom 1 - The master bedroom on the 2nd floor is the largest suite and has a king bed, seating area, TV, air-conditioning, closet, desk, private balcony with ocean view, and ensuite bathroom with jacuzzi and sauna. Bedroom 2 (2nd floor) has a king bed, TV, air-conditioning, closet, desk, balcony with ocean view, and ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 3 (2nd floor) has a king bed, TV, air-conditioning, closet, desk, balcony with ocean view, and ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 4 (2nd floor) has 2 queen beds, TV, air-conditioning, ceiling fan, closet, desk, private balcony with ocean view, and ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 5 (1st floor / ground floor) has a king bed, TV, air-conditioning, closet, desk, terrace with walk-out to the pool, and ensuite bathroom with bathtub and outdoor shower. Bedroom 6 (1st floor / ground floor) has 2 bunk beds (the lower bunk is a double bed, and the top bunk is a twin/single bed), TV, air-conditioning, closet, desk, terrace with walk-out to the pool, and ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 7 (1st floor / ground floor) has a king bed, TV, air-conditioning, closet, desk, terrace with walk-out to the pool, and ensuite bathroom. THE GUEST HOUSE: The 3 bedrooms located at the single-story guest house offers the most privacy for those who enjoy sleeping in. When you stay here, you’ll have your own, private kitchen and dining area, which is a great place if you need quiet time to work during your vacation. Bedroom 8 (1st floor / ground floor) has 2 queen beds, TV, air-conditioning, closet, desk, and ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 9 (1st floor / ground floor) has a king bed, TV, air-conditioning, closet, desk, and ensuite bathroom. CASA DE CAMPO RESORT FEE: The villa rental does not include the mandatory Casa de Campo Resort fee, which must be paid on arrival at the resort: • Adults over 12 years old: US$ 25 per person per night • Kids from 4-12 years old: US$ 12 per person per night • Kids under 4 years old: FREE The Resort Fee gives you access to the facilities and amenities of Casa de Campo Resort, including 3 Pete Dye golf courses*, fitness center, tennis courts, restaurants & bars ($), use of towels and chaise lounges at the pool by the main hotel area & Minitas Beach, Altos de Chavon ($) and more. Food & beverages must be paid directly to the bar/restaurant and is never included in your villa rental ($). All sports activities and facilities have an additional fee and facilities may be closed on certain days for private events, maintenance, etc. ($) *Guests do not have access to La Romana Country Club (private, members only golf course). Your chef will prepare all meals to be enjoyed at the villa (groceries are not included). The butler will assist you and the staff during your stay, the bartender is in charge of preparing and serving your drinks, and the maid will clean the villa, make the beds, wash towels and linens. You’ll also have a villa manager during your stay. This is your go-to person for anything you need during your stay, e.g. transfers, excursions, reservations for restaurants, spa treatments, reservations for golf, tickets to events and nightclubs, etc. if you have not booked these prior to your arrival. Our villa managers speak English and Spanish as a minimum and will be on property to greet you when you arrive to the villa and available throughout your entire stay. PRE-ARRIVAL CONCIERGE SERVICES: Once you book Villa Farallon, our in-house concierge will be at your service to assist you in planning your stay from A to Z. You may choose these additional services at your convenience.
